About Us

Our History

 Punch Daddy Seasonings, originally “Punch Ya Daddy,” was created in 2008 by Kirby Falcon, Jr., a native of Houma, Louisiana. Through his southern upbringing and world travels he learned that the key to a successful dish is quality seasonings, which prompted him to experiment with mixing fresh, natural ingredients to find a blend that would PUNCH up any type of cooking, regardless of ethnicity or region. 

 

In 2017, the company was purchased by a family friend, Matthew Bordelon. Matthew was born and raised outside of New Orleans, Louisiana (just 45-minutes northeast of Houma). Matthew grew up with a love of good food and graduated from the John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University. After graduation, he launched his career in the restaurant industry where he continues to work.

Through his knowledge of cooking and demand for quality, Matthew is keeping true to the original qualities of Punch Daddy Seasonings: fresh, high-quality ingredients, minimal salt, and delicious flavor.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide the freshest and most flavorful spice blends and mixes to our customers! 


All our products are made from the finest and freshest dry ingredients available. We use less salt so that the other ingredients shine through – you don’t have to worry about over-salting before you get that PUNCH of flavor. 


Our products are blended, packaged, and shipped to order for freshness and quality control in a state-of-the-art facility right here in South Louisiana.
